Beneath the Headlines: “The Journalistic Landscape"
Title: Beneath the Headlines: “The Journalistic Landscape"

Explanation: We all experience a wide range of emotions and feelings from our daily encounters with the world around us. Some of these feelings are suppressed, while others we attempt to express. In this context, journalism holds a significant sway over our consciousness. I have endeavored to convey the experiences and sentiments tied to our reliance on newspapers, censorship, advertisements, and the various crises that arise.
To create this installation, I employed found objects that allowed me to connect with my own emotions and feelings. Initially, I chose the broom's shape to symbolize the moral compass of the press. In cases of censorship, I depicted this through the removal of columns and rows, symbolizing the spaces silenced by censorship. Ultimately, I explored the concept of non-reliance on advertisements, which led me to use the (RFL) brand broom.
I have tried to explore the reality of journalism in the present time which can give us a new dimension of perspective.
Thank you
